Q: Can you support OEM or ODM?

A: Yes, we support both of OEM and ODM. We have professional R&D team for Structural design and electronics.

Q: What touch tech your screen are using?

A: Standard whiteboard is using IR touch because of that IR touch is much more stable for big screen on currently market. PCAP Capacitive touch (G+G/G+F) is also option depend on customer's requirement.

Q: What system built-in your digital signage?

A: Dual system include both of Android and Windows. Also support single system based on customer's different requirement.

Q: Can we use our own PC player?

A: Yes, then we could prepare HDMI input port for you to connect your over player at your local.

Q: Can we put our own logo?

A: Yes, we support customer logo based on your design requirement.

Q: How long is for your production lead time?

A: For standard design, production lead time is 15 days. For customization solution: production lead time is around 22 days.

Q: What is your production capacity:

A: For standard 32" monitor, we can do 4000units/monthly;

But different design solution are different on producing capacity because different solution requires different production processes.

Q: How long for producing one sample?

A: For standard design, sample lead time is 15days.

For customization design, sample L/T need around 22 days.

Q: Can you do door to door delivery if i order a sample?

A: Yes, we can help you do door to door delivery.

Q: What's payment terms you accept:

A: For sample units, 100% prepayment with order. For MP

a. Standard design, 30% TT prepayment with order, balance 70% TT before shipping;

b. Customization solution, 50% TT prepayment with order, balance 50% TT before shipping:

Q: What trade terms you could support:

A: We support EX-work, FOB, CIF.

Q: What brand LCD panel you are using?

A: BOE and LG are the main brand we are using for big size screen.

Q: If we need integrate our software to your Android/Linux motherboard, do you have tech team to support on this?

A: Yes, we have professional R&D team to support this project.

Q: What is your warranty?

A: Our standard warranty is 12 months like regular electronics products.

If customer want to extend warranty after 12 months, the service fee will be charged 8%*unit price for the second year. 15%*unit price for the third year.

Q: What is your after sales tech support?

A: We support online training and remotely tech support via Teamviewer.
